What is the process and timeframe for getting scores in the dashboard?
Data is received by the ALSDE from the College Board. Data will be uploaded by the ALSDE into the portal when it is verified and matched to student records.

 

Is the highest score or the most recent score displayed in the portal?
The portal displays the highest reported score attained by a student on each AP test taken.

 

How does the state populate the qualifying AP score?
The ALSDE uploads this from the College Board.
