Teacher Preparation is tasked with implementing the standards adopted by the State Board of Education for the preparation of well-prepared and effective teachers and instructional support personnel. Staff work with educator preparation programs at Alabama colleges and universities to assure continuous compliance with all standards in the Teacher Education Chapter of the AL Administrative Code.
