This list is not comprehensive but provides tried-and-true models and strategies for addressing the instruction of cognitive and affective skills and processes presented in the Gifted Standards and Student Outcomes guide.

The State Board of Education adopted rules requiring each local board of education to have a chief school finance officer. These rules establish professional and educational requirements for new chief school finance officers and require all chief school finance officers to complete a certification program.

The State Board of Education adopted rules for meeting the requirements in the Education Accountability Law and the School Fiscal Accountability Law. The Education Accountability Law includes the authority for state intervention and control of school board operations for academic, financial, and safety reasons.

The purpose is to establish a contract or contract between the State of Alabama, ALSDE, and Bidders (Distributors) for food and supplies and the distribution of those products.
