If you are interested in speaking during the public hearing portion of the Board Meeting on a subject matter listed on the Board Meeting Agenda, please contact Nora Thorington at 334-694-4900. Board Rules limit speakers to two minutes each, however, the Board Chair can place further limitations on the allotted time and limit the number of speakers.
